At Merch Raven, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Please review our returns policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or if there was an error in the customisation process.
  • Custom print-on-demand garments are made specifically for you, therefore, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing selection. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.

2. Return Period:

  • You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@merchraven.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Our team will assess your request and provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

4. Condition of Returned Items:

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refund or Exchange:

  • If the return is approved, you may choose between a refund or an exchange/credit for a replacement item of equal value.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item, incorrect customisation).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Exceptions:

  • Items purchased during promotional events or sales may not be eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
